Sentrum specialists in the design, build and management of bespoke data centre solutions, has announced the opening of its seventh data centre; Sentrum Guernsey. The new facility is an extension to the Sentrum Solutions offering, and includes state of the art disaster recovery solutions.

Designed to a Tier 3+ level of resilience, Sentrum 7 boasts 17,000 sq ft of data centre space and 17,000 sq ft of associated plant, alongside 31,000 sq ft of ancillary DR suites which offer 700 disaster recovery desks that can be leased on either a dedicated or a syndicated basis. Varying levels of IT services are also available, ranging from a ‘Remote Hands’ service to a more sophisticated ‘Intelligent Hands & Eyes’ package.
